Playmaker Grant Program: Random Acts of Science

Chabot’s Random Acts of Science program supports underserved Oakland neighborhoods in the form of “popup” science education outreach. Chabot delivers this program in partnership with the Oakland Fire Department and East Bay Astronomical Society. Their Playmaker grant will provide funding for 3-4 additional Random Acts of Science outreach events, reaching approximately 700 school children.
