Police Investigate a Man Shot While Sleeping in Downtown San Jose

San Jose police responded to a person shot in the leg on Tuesday morning. Police first responded at about 12:28 a.m. in the area of Lenzen Avenue and Stockton Avenue, when officers arrived they found an adult male suffering from one gunshot wound, police said. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
