Police Standoff, Shooting Prompts Closure of Interstate 80 Interstate 80 in Emeryville

A police standoff and subsequent shooting has shut down both directions of Interstate 80 near Powell Street in Emeryville Wednesday morning, according to officials. Jodi Hernandez reports.
