Popular Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival Kicks Off in San Francisco
San Francisco is promising tight security for the start of one of its most anticipated music events of the year: the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, which begins at 12 p.m. Friday in Golden Gate Park. The three-day festival draws nearly half a million people. After the Las Vegas mass shooting, San Francisco police plan to station more officers around the venue. They will also have counter assault unit and a tactical team on standby.
