Press Democrat Sonoma County to Review And Erase Past Marijuana Convictions and Felonies

Sonoma County’s District Attorney Jill Ravitch reportedly plants to reduce or erase marijuana-related convictions. Ravitch initially said she would not consider re-evaluating old cases, but with California’s new law, she now says otherwise after dozens of petitions were filed to have pot-related convictions dismissed or felonies dropped to misdemeanors.
