Prosecutor Used Daughter as Bait to Catch Molester: Report

He wanted to catch the man suspected of molesting his daughter. So a Santa Clara prosecutor used his 13-year-old as bait to catch the suspect’s actions on video. Now that suspect is facing charges, but the prosecutor could be in legal trouble as well. Marianne Favro reports.
