Rain in SF Prompts High Wind Advisory on Bay Bridge

The North Bay recorded the most rain so far, but San Francisco isn’t far behind. Along with rain, there’s a high wind advisory that’s affecting drivers on the Bay Bridge. NBC Bay Area’s Chase Cain reports from San Francisco along the Embarcadero.
