Rattlesnake Encounter Halts Mail Delivery in SJ Neighborhood

A postal carrier in San Jose recently happened upon a rattlesnake along his route, and now residents in the Almaden Valley neighborhood aren’t getting their mail delivered. Scott Budman reports.
