Risks to Pregnant Women With Sleep Disorders

About one in 10 of births are premature among average women. But researchers say the rate is closer to one in seven among women with sleep disorders like insomnia and sleep apnea. Researchers say it’s possible that treating sleep disorders during pregnancy could prevent pre-term births.
