San Francisco Honors City's First Chinese-American Officer Posthumously

San Francisco is honoring the city’s first Chinese-American police officer who died last week at the age of 84. Retired Sgt. Herbert “Herb” Lee helped enlist other minorities to the department and was called a “true pioneer” by current police Chief William Scott.
