San Francisco Prepares for 4/20 at Hippie Hill

San Francisco prepares for the 4/20 celebration for the second year after the legalization of marijuana in California. The one-day celebration will have increased security following a scare at last year’s festivities when 12 people overdosed on laced cannabis. Sam Brock reports.
