San Jose City Council to Vote on Pilot Program for Police Drone

The San Jose City Council on Tuesday is expected to approve a one-year pilot program to allow the police department to use a drone. The council meeting is at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chuck Coppola reports.
