San Jose Leaders Consider Allowing Taller Skyscrapers

San Jose may be growing up, literally. The City Council on Tuesday will consider raising current building height limits up to 35 feet higher in downtown and up to 150 feet higher near Diridon Station. Scott Budman reports.
