San Jose Leaders Take on Gang Violence as President Trump Rails on MS-13 ‘Animals'

The MS-13 gang has kicked the tire in San Jose, in an effort to set up shop in the South Bay, but has so far been unsuccessful. Leaders credit a slew of intervention programs for keeping the ruthless gang away from their city. Damian Trujillo reports.
