Santa Clara Valley Water District May Extend Conservation Measures

In February, the Santa Clara Valley Water District Board requested people cut back water use by 20 percent — a call for conservation that was supposed to end in December. But it has been so dry that the board is now considering extending conservation measures through June 2015. Marianne Favro reports.
