Santa Clara Valley Water District Say Residents Conserving Less

The boos South Bay reservoirs got earlier this year has dried up. And, apparently, so did some of the public’s drive to conserve. This afternoon, water district officials found out people in Santa Clara County now seem to be conserving less. Robert Handa reports.
