Santa Clara Water District to Pay Families Affected by 2017 Flooding

The Santa Clara Valley Water District will pay about 200 families affected by the 2017 Coyote Creek flooding. The flooding caused about $1 million in damages and the district said it plans to settle claims for losses of $5,000 or less.
