Open Alcohol Bottles, Cans Found in a Car

California Highway Patrol deputies on Monday found a Nissan Sentra driving erratically on Highway 101 in Santa Rosa.  Alex Colmar of Santa Rosa was pulled over, and his alcohol level was three times the legal limit. Open alcohol bottles and cans were found in the car near the passenger’s seat. A passenger in the car admitted Colmar was intoxicated..
