Save the Bay San Francisquito Creek

NBC Bay Area and Save the Bay volunteers gathered in San Francisquito Creek in Palo Alto in celebration of Save the Bay’s 50th anniversary. They came together to remove mustard and pepper weed, which are foreign plants to the Bay’s wetlands. Volunteers also helped prepare native species plants to grow later on in the year. Save the Bay relies on volunteers in order to restore these areas.
