Scientists Make Headway on Zika, Expect Next Epidemic in Puerto Rico

Bay Area doctors say the next Zika virus epidemic will likely be in Puerto Rico, and they warn travelers — especially pregnant women and their partners — to avoid the popular destination if possible, or at least until mosquito season wanes.
