Scores of People Unaccounted for in Colo. Flooding

Hundreds of people are missing tonight in the flood zone in the eastern part of Colorado. The emergency zone is as large as the state of Connecticut and President Obama tonight declared it a major disaster zone, making federal money available. More rain could be on the way. NBC’s Jay Gray has the latest.
