Sexual Battery Victim at Stanford University Declines to Press Charges

A case of sexual battery was reported at Stanford University on Wednesday. According to campus police, a female staff member said a man grabbed her while she was drinking from a water fountain at the Mitchell Earth Sciences Building. Police located the suspect, but the victim declined to press charges. Police said the suspect in Wednesday’s battery does not match the description of the suspect accused of groping two women earlier this month. The search for that person continues.
