Sinkhole Opens on Interstate 5 Near Tracy; Northbound Lanes Shut Down

A massive sinkhole on Interstate 5 south of Tracy disrupted traffic Tuesday and had road crews scrambling to make repairs, a Caltrans spokesman said. Pete Suratos reports.
