SJ Works to Revise Process to Report Illegal Fireworks

The San Jose City Council on Tuesday accepted a report on proposed changes to enforcement and asked staff to come back in November with a detailed ordinance that will improve the process of reporting illegal fireworks. Marianne Favro reports.
