Soberanes Fire Claims First Victim, Destroys 36 Homes

The operator of a bulldozer was killed when it rolled over during the fight against a wildfire near Big Sur that has scorched nearly 24,000 acres and destroyed 36 homes and two outbuildings, California fire officials said Wednesday. Damian Trujillo reports.
