Soil Engineers Begin Tests on Sinking San Francisco Millennium Tower

Independent soil engineers began installing data devices on Monday to track the troubles of, and monitor the soil around, the Millennium Tower, which has earned the dubious nickname, the “sinking tower of San Francisco.” Bob Redell reports.
