Sonoma County Supervisors Censure Board Member Efren Carrillo

The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday censured the actions of Supervisor Efren Carrillo and told him he should resign his 5th District seat because of an incident at a female neighbor’s apartment in July. Mark Matthews reports.
