Stolen Guns Help Fuel Crime in Stockton

An NBC Bay Area investigation found thousands of crimes committed across California over the past six years were connected to guns stolen from legal gun owners. Stockton, one of the most violent cities in California, has been hit especially hard. A gun stolen from Stockton mayor Anthony Silva was used in the murder of a 13-year-old boy last year.
