Stretch of Northbound I-280 in San Francisco Closed July 4 Weekend for Construction

A stretch of northbound Interstate Highway 280 in San Francisco is now closed for construction. The closure will remain in effect throughout the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Jean Elle reports.
