Subject of FBI Manhunt Spotted at SF Bar: FBI

The San Francisco media consultant at the center of a FBI manhunt for allegedly possessing explosive materials is no longer considered an “immediate threat,” two sources told NBC News Monday, hours after an apparent suicide note and Twitter posting from the man’s account appeared online.
