Only a few weeks left of summer vacation for Bay Area students. Parents are buying school supplies, and those supplies can be very expensive. NBC Bay Area and Telemundo 48 are teaming up with Family Giving Tree for our second annual Supporting Our Schools backpack drive. Consumer Investigator Chris Chmura reports.
