Suspect in Concord Hit-and-Run Charged With Murder, DUI

The suspect in a grisly hit-and-run crash in Concord that killed two young boys has been charged with murder and driving under the influence, according to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office. Pete Suratos reports.
