Teenager Charged with Stabbing Nine-Year-Old is Back in Court, Pleads Not Guilty

The teenager charged with stabbing a nine-year-old boy to death in his Discovery Bay home, is back in court Monday. New information may be released Monday about whether he’s competent to stand trail.
