Testing Underway for New Problems Found on Bay Bridge

Back 2011, high-tension cables were used to adjust the top of the Eastern Span tower of the Bay Bridge by 18 inches. Testing is now underway to determine what role that adjustment may have played in damaging other parts of the bridge. Christie Smith reports.
