Toll Taker Sees Girl Kneeling, Screaming, Struggling in SUV on Bay Bridge: CHP

The California Highway Patrol is trying to find a couple in a Chevrolet Blazer that drove across the Bay Bridge over the weekend after a toll taker saw a young girl on her knees, screaming and struggling inside. Stephanie Chuang reports.
