Undocumented Immigrant Expected to be Arraigned on Murder Charges

San Francisco prosecutors on Monday charged a 45-year-old undocumented man from Mexico with the murder of a young woman strolling along the pier with her dad in a case that’s sparked a national debate about immigration policy.
