Mystery Substance Killing Seabirds in San Francisco Bay

A mystery has local experts stumped. Dozens of seabirds are covered in mysterious goo, and it’s killing them. The birds have been found in three spots in the Bay Area—all of them in the East Bay. NBC Bay Area’s Christie Smith reports from Alameda.
