UPDATE: Man Shot, Killed in Downtown San Jose

San Jose police are searching for a gunman who opened fire in the middle of the day, killing one person. The shooting happened downtown near Third and Julian streets, about four blocks from San Jose State University. NBC Bay Area’s Kimberly Tere reports from San Jose with the latest.
