Upgrades Coming to Wastewater Treatment Plant in Palo Alto

Work is underway to improve aging pipes and infrastructure at the Regional Water Quality Control Plant in Palo Alto, officials said. Built in 19634, the plant hadn’t undergone any major improvements since the 1980s.
