Vallejo PD Investigates Violent Crime Against Senior Citizen

Vallejo police arrested a 14-year-old who they said kidnapped a 65-year-old woman on Thursday evening and bound her with duct tape in an act they called an “egregious physical and sexual assault.” Monte Francis reports.
