Volkswagen Settlement a ‘Landmark' Deal For California, State AG Says

A $14.7 billion proposed settlement with automaker Volkswagen in a pollution-cheating scandal is a “landmark deal for California,” state Attorney General Kamala Harris said at a news conference Tuesday in San Francisco. Scott Budman reports.
