Walnut Creek Police Fatally Shoot Armed Man

Walnut Creek police said officers fatally shot an armed man early Thursday at an apartment on Creekside Drive. Capt. Tim Schultz said the officer involved shooting – the first in at least five years – involved more than one officer and happened about 3:15 a.m. at the Diablo Pointe Apartments. Arturo Santiago reports.
