Warranty Expires in the Middle of Repair Request

Nancy Yao from Milpitas says her new 55-inch HDTV starting giving her trouble just before Costco’s 2-year warranty ran out. And, In the middle of trying to get it fixed, the warranty ran out. So she contacted NBC Bay Area Responds. Chris Chmura reports.
