Massive Sewage Improvement Plan in San Mateo

San Mateo leaders on Wednesday will discuss the city’s massive sewage improvement plan. The plan is to create a new underground wastewater storage facility and improve the city’s existing treatment plant. Two sites are being considered for the storage facility. Officials on Tuesday will hold a study session looking into mitigation measures.
