We Respond to Woman With Faulty Fridge From Sears

Jacqueline Stone, of Fairfax, bought a refrigerator from Sears three years ago, and it recently stopped working. After two no-shows on service appointments, the fridge began growing mold, and Stone requested a replacement, but Sears didn’t budge. We responded, and Stone got a replacement plus $250 to cover lost food and medicine. Chris Chmura reports.
