Were Las Vegas Shooter's Guns Legal?

The Las Vegas gunman had 23 guns with him in his hotel room when he opened fire last night. Law enforcement officials say 19 more guns have been found at his home. NBC Bay Area’s Terry McSweeney has been investigating how many of these weapons were legal, and if these same weapons can be purchased here in California.
