A grieving daughter, mourning the death of her mother, was shocked to learn Royal Caribbean charged $6,000 to her mother’s credit card for medical care. The company didn’t do anything improper, but Taryn Smith would like to see more oversight when it comes to passenger rights on cruise ships.
