Man Selling Pit Bull Fatally Shot in San Jose: Brother

San Jose police are investigating the city’s 13th homicide after a young father was shot and killed late Monday night. His brother said he had been trying to sell his pit bull. His family identified him as Carlos Ogeda. Bob Redell reports.
