12 Children Rescued From Chilly Waters After Boats Capsize in Santa Cruz

Some quick-thinking surfers are being credited with rescuing 20 people, including 12 children, after wild waves capsized their boats just outside the Santa Cruz Harbor. Damian Trujillo reports.
