By the numbers: Data shows decline in Bay Area freeway shootings

New data from NBC Bay Area’s Investigative Unit shows that freeway shootings are tending down. But, is it enough? NBC Bay Area Raj Mathai spoke to Investigative Producer Sean Myers, who explains the numbers.
